- Study hard and study smart.
- Eat healthy and get sufficient rest.
- Take time out to play as well.
- Go for jogs and fitness workouts (push-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups etc) to clear your mind and get the body active and feeling good.
- Watch some TV to take your mind off studies and to de-stress.
