Sec 1s' CIP: SCAS Flag Day 2009

The Sec 1s will be having their first-ever Community Involvement Programme (CIP) activity as follows:

Date: 23 May 2009 (Sat)
Event: Flag Day 2009 (on behalf of Children's Charity Association - CCA Singapore)
Co-ordinator: Spastic Children's Association of Singapore (SCAS)
Venue: Meet at Bishan Junction 8 (Taxi stand opposite interchange)
Time: 0745 hrs

May they have a "fruitful" experience!

26 May 2009 (Tues)
1445 hrs to 1745 hrs: All Sec 1s, C & Boys

29 May 2009
0945 hrs to 1145 hrs: All Sec 1s.

JUNE HOLIDAY TRAINING
*A copy of the training schedule for your parents will be passed to you on 26 May 2009 Tues*

MON, THUR: 0800 hrs to 1100 hrs - Sec 1s (2010 C Boys)
TUE, FRI: 0800 to 1100 hrs - Sec 2,3 (2010 B Boys)

Mid-year Exams 2009

Hi all,

Your Teachers I/C would like to wish all of the Basketball CCA members:

All the best for the Mid-year Exams!

- Study hard and study smart.
- Eat healthy and get sufficient rest.
- Take time out to play as well.
- Go for jogs and fitness workouts (push-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups etc) to clear your mind and get the body active and feeling good.
- Watch some TV to take your mind off studies and to de-stress.

Sorry for the late updates, but it's been a busy week for all of us, with mid-year exams, flus, etc.

Anyway, the C Boys have exited with grace from the 2nd round of competition.

We are highly confident after our strong showing this year and we shall train hard to win back what has slipped from our grasp. WE SHALL SEE YOU ALL AT THE C BOYS NATIONALS IN 2010!
